Game system content
When you create a new world or change an existing world's game system to a supported one, Skryrún offers to load official content into your world automatically — stat blocks, conditions, spells, items, and other reference material from that system's SRD.
This saves you from building out a stat block library from scratch. The content loads once, lives in your world, and is fully editable.
Supported systems
| Game system | Content included |
|---|---|
| D&D 5e 2024 | SRD monster stat blocks, conditions, spell list |

| Fate Core | Extras, stunts, stress tracks |
| Dungeon World | Moves, monster stat blocks |
| Ironsworn | Oracles, assets, move reference |
| Blades in the Dark | Crew and character playbooks, clocks reference |
| Shadowrun | Contact archetypes, gear reference |
| Forbidden Lands | Monsters, critical injury tables |
| World of Darkness | Disciplines, attributes reference |
Loading content when creating a world
- Start a new world from your dashboard and work through the setup steps.
- In Step 2, select a supported game system from the dropdown.
- On the next screen, a content modal appears before Step 3 asking if you want to load official content.
- Click Load Content to import it, or Skip to set up the world without it.
- Finish the world setup. Your stat block library will contain the official entries once the world is created.
Loading content into an existing world
- Open your world and go to World Settings.
- Change the Game System field to a supported system.
- Click Save — the content modal appears immediately after saving.
- Click Load Content to import the official entries into your world.
If you've already loaded content for a system and change to a different system, the original content stays in your world. Loading content for the new system adds to what's already there — it doesn't replace it.
Using the loaded content
Once loaded, official entries appear in your world's stat block compendium and entity list. You can:
- Filter by game system in the stat block search — use the system filter to see only entries for your current system
- Edit any entry — all imported content is fully editable; changes you make are local to your world and don't affect the source
- Delete entries — if you don't want certain stat blocks cluttering your library, delete them individually
Official entries are tagged with their source system so you can tell them apart from your own content.
Troubleshooting
The content modal didn't appear after I selected a system. The modal only appears for the nine systems listed above. If you selected a system that isn't on that list, no official content is available for it. The modal also won't appear again if you've already loaded content for that system — it only fires once per system per world.
Official content isn't showing up after I loaded it. Give it a moment — large content packs (D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e) may take 30–60 seconds to finish importing. Refresh your stat block library if entries don't appear. If they still don't show up after a minute, use the bug reporter.
I loaded D&D 5e content but I'm seeing Pathfinder stat blocks. Filter by game system in the stat block search to isolate entries by their source. If entries are clearly mislabeled (D&D 5e content tagged as Pathfinder), use the bug reporter — include which entry is wrong.
I accidentally loaded content I didn't want. Delete the entries individually from your stat block library. There's no bulk-undo for a content load, but any entry can be deleted one at a time.
